Been here for a week and now extending another week and probably going to be stauing here for a bit, Such a wonderful location (super close to hubby's job which is 15min away) with great rooms that feel like a little apartment. Had a small issue with the electrice stove, it blew while I was boiling some water (which is no way on them cause sruff happens unexpectedly),but I got help right away and they were so sweet and even though I personally didnt make contact they tried to reach out the following morning and had gotten the ball rolling and offered an alternative room. (Though we declined to have hubby relax on the weekend). Love the location being close to everything also. There are even 24hr stores near by which are so nice to see, especially after covid. Prices are fair and even though I fell in love with the double queen room we are in, which we got last min and being the only one is a bit more so we will be probably forced to go down to a queen and can let you guys know how that one is aswell, however I believe it will be just as lovely. Also we got super lucky on the 1st fl right by an exit where I can step out and play and smoke in a peaceful corner. Super recommend!

Served its purpose. Workmen forgot some items in the room, and a little debris on the floor. Dirty/used pillow case(s). They were dingy, with a recent dark stain, and already wrinkled from use. I was a former hotel maid, therefore I slept atop the sheets and used my jacket as my pillow. If the pillow cases were dirty, I know what the sheets and bed coverings were like, without inspection. Sure enough, I was correct. Very quiet. People were respectful to smoke outside or in their car. Most of us even took out our own trash leaving it NEATLY tied in provided garbage bags. Remote control was sticking so I cleaned it with hand sanitizer. In fact, you should keep at least a quart in your car, and several small bottles on your person. Room temp was great. So was tv line up. Microwave clean as was the fridge and dishes. Would I sleep there again? Yes, as long as I brought my own sheets, pillow cases, and bed coverings.

Clean rooms, and I like that the rooms have pergo flooring. It makes it easier to clean. They only have blinds on the windows. If you're there for work and on nights, you'll need something for the windows. They had more machines in the laundry than a lot of hotels. The workout room was descent. The staff was friendly. When they clean other rooms, they sound like they're remodeling. Some people live there, so it can be noisy. They started charging $5 more if you were there over 30 days. Weird, since most states take off the taxes after 30 days. It was close to where I was working, so I'd stay again. The 4th floor is quieter since no one is above you

Staff was very helpful, and I even became friends with one of them! This place is really great for those who need a stay-cation

This place is very unprofessional. On 09/18/ 24 After calling the front Desk speaking to a host Name Shay I made a reservation. She was great help. After receiving my confirmation I called back on 09/19/24 to make sure everything was completed. Upon that call I spoke to Marlon a manager who assured me everything was fine. Today which is my Check in date I called to check in a gentleman answered the phone and to me I have no reservation. I asked whom am I speaking to he tells me Marv. I asked is that Marv as in Marvin he replies something like that. Very unprofessional. He then tell me to come in on 09/21/24 to speak to someone because he couldn't do anything. I asked him if my reservation was canceled why didn't I receive a call or email his reply was I don't know and there is nothing I can do. Also he pass the blame on to someone name Dan who supposedly just cancel people reservation without a email or phone call. I'm on my way back to the property to get a report of some kind. Wish me luck. Think twice before booking at this location.

This hotel is surprisingly great! The rooms are clean and atmosphere is quiet. The room also included a stove, large fridge, microwave and flat screen TV with premium cable. The only thing that prevented me from giving them 5 stars is they don't have an ice machine and the water pressure in the bathroom is low. Other than that if you are looking for a reasonably priced place while passing through the tri-state area, this is an excellent choice as opposed to overpriced big name hotels.

Staying for work. Garbage dumpster has been overflowing for several days. Stovetop doesn't work real well. Several clothes washers out of service.

Had an easy check in, no issues with staff who checked me in on 2/10 at 2:30pm. Place was very clean and everything I need was in my room when I came in. Hotel was close to my family who I was visiting for the night. Overall a very good experience and I would recommend this place to anyone!
